Engaged by the GC to perform an independent compliance audit of the telecom subcontractor's work on a 32-story Class A office tower. The owner had flagged quality concerns during a routine walkthrough.

The telecom subcontractor had completed roughly 60% of the installation before quality concerns were raised. Work was spread across 32 floors with inconsistent labeling, undocumented changes from the approved submittals, and several pathway violations.

Produced a floor-by-floor findings report with photographic documentation. Worked with the GC and subcontractor to develop a remediation plan that was completed on schedule. Final audit confirmed full compliance before owner acceptance.
